These days worn struts of higher quality tend to go bad slowly - and the bounce test is not good enough. You have checked the first place to look - tires and rims. Alignment is important, but I'm not the expert on SAAB alignment that some board members are. Check alignment, ride height, struts, bushings, sub-frame bushings. Let us know what you find.
