yes you can do it with a bolt and washers. I used a threaded rod, washers, and suitably sized socket.
But if that bushing is shot I'm sure you have a lot more that is shot. When I did it I did it all. The other bushing, ball joints, tie rod ends, suspension links. I used Moog parts where I could (I prefer them since they are beefier, OEM for both bushings. I'd prob go with Poly bushing if I were doing it again (and I wont be doing it again for another 80k or so!)
