Depends. Do you want correct ride height only when unloaded or do you want to be able to load the car with reduced sag? Spacers do little to help with loaded sag as the springs are still weak. Spacers do give a little more ride height when loaded, but not enough.
Racing cars are not wagons that are driven loaded and unloaded.
Spacers also don't address front sag that is an issue for some.
