It depends a little bit on what your car looks like.
The original flange fitting is a sturdy two M8 studs through a spin flange and M8 nut deal between the muffler and flex pipe but if someone has cut off the system at some point and maybe use the "blood pressure tester" type of clamp, you could probably find that type at some muffler shops. You would only need the size of the pipe to match up.
That type of clamp (p/n 4751756) is actually a factory approved part that is used on modern exhaust system where the whole system is one piece and needs to be cut if only one muffler needs to be replaced or as in the 9-3 Sport Sedan fuel pump removal procedure. Cut off exhaust system and remove from car and use clamp when installing again.
