With all these red lock tabs you need to give them a quick squirt of WD40 before you gently pry them open.
Sometimes you have stick a screw driver in and only release one side slightly before releasing the other side and then pull it all the way out.
The only thing you need to do is to push on the black release tabs so that the whole connector comes loose from the metal bracket and then you might be able to angle the connector and push each red tab out from behind.
