I feel like that character in the new Saab ad campaign... I thought I would share my joy. My second Saab has found its way home. Just took delivery of my 2002 Saab Aero. I went with silver. Windows are already tinted, spoiler on the trunk, K&N air filter in the mail, and I think the carbon fiber dash kit is in my near future. What a great car. I could care less what Edmunds says;) There is just something about a Saab that just makes it feel so right. My last Saab was an early 2000 lightening blue viggen coupe that I sold 8 months ago (thanks to saabnet classifieds) because I needed a bigger car. That was a longggg 8 months....now I feel much better. After 50 miles logged tonight I can truly say this car handles like a dream -- way better than the Viggen. I like the Viggen's take-off and raw manners, but I haven't had the chance to take the aero above 5000 RPMS. At any rate I am back. I will soon get my website up as I make changes to the car and will likely go under a new name (misplacedyankee) on the boards. I always abbreviated it as MPY.

Question: what is that little clip on driver's side of the windshield?? Is that for parking ids or something? Nothing in the manual.

Can't wait till I get thru the break-in period. Then I only have to wait until my warranty is up so I can add some real mods...

See below for a bad picture...now I need a new digital camera!
