Well, if you are absolutely positive it is the o-rings, you could remove the pump, replace the three o-rings, and put the old pump back in. You can't get to the two o-rings in the block without removing the pump. The smaller o-ring going to the tube that goes across the engine, could be replaced without removing the water pump, but in my experience that is not the one that leaks.
For me, it takes me about 4 hours to do the job. For a skilled mechanic, less time, I'm sure. Normally, after all that work I would replace the water pump along with the o-rings, because inevitably the pump would fail soon after you finished the job.
Additionally, I would replace the water hoses and thermostat, since the cooling system is already drained.
