No heat! Odd...

I noticed on the ride home there wasn't any heat. Coolant is there, coolant temp normal, oil temp almost normal, water pump turning. Bypass replaced 2 months ago and the heat was fine over the weekend...
But nothing on HI. Nada. Zip. Blows cold air. Bizarre! If the bypass vac fails, it fails to heat, correct? ACC calibrates to the same 2 errors it's had all along. But even with code 08 it should blow heat from somewhere?
I'm going to take another stab at it tonight. Thought I'd share the mystery...
