If you have throttle body codes that pops back on after a short drive, don't bother to focus on the high idle if the codes are present. Deal with the reason why the throttle codes and misfire code it tripped.
You might solve all issues with one repair.
Here is a test.
Disconnect throttle cable. Reset fault codes. Reset limp home mechanism. Start engine and use your hand to pull the throttle lever instead of the cable and see if it idles ok and revs up ok. Put it in gear and see if it idles ok. If not you have a weird problem that I can't fix over the internet.
A trained ear might hear right away that something is amiss with how the engine sound at idle or hear the hissing noise from a vacuum leak somewhere.
