What do you mean by the "best" roof box? You can buy a beautiful color-matched PackaSport box for $800 or more - that is certainly best in my opinion.

If you have a realistic money limit, I suggest you stick with Thule or Yakima. (Don't go with some minor brand sold in discount stores.) They both have a wide variety of plastic boxes that will fit your car. I really like the Yak stuff - I have 48 inch round bars mounted on my '01 Aero Wagon using Yakima rail mounts. They are very solid.

Be aware that if you want to add a (necessary!) fairing and still be able to open your sunroof, you have to mount the bars well back, which will cause interference problems between a really long (ski-type) box and the rear hatch. I had to drill new mounting holes in my 10 cu ft SpaceBooster to move it forward about 8 inches because of this.

Yakima stuff is rarely discounted more than 10%, and shipping costs are high, so you really need to buy from a local shop. REI does have occasional 20% off sales, but they have just finished their Spring one.
