Rebonding repair of dash panels

Have an 04 Aero with a factory carbon fiber dash and console panels that is delaminating from it's plastic substrate at the outer edges and around control openings. Since these panels are no longer available from suppliers, and all the used ones I have found are equally trashed, I am considering removing the panel and applying some type of adhesive and clamping it together to rebond it to the substrate.
Has anyone done this, and what type of glue is recommended? There is no shear stress, just need a good adhesive that won't damage the tin CF panel.
