Almost done with dash panel removal...

The hardest part was radio removal, the removal tools I have worked great on my ford pickup, not with my Saab though. Had to remove SID and push it out from behind. Only thing left is to remove the antenna from the cage...getting dark and I cant see how it comes out. There is some kind of retainer...I suppose. One on my 9-3 just plugged in to the radio.
My CF dash panel has cracks all over it and is delaminated in about 20 places, what a POS. The wood one I am installing looks decent now, but will probably also crap out in a couple of years. Wonder if I can strip the CF off and somehow refinish it, maybe find one of those stick on kits once I get this stuff stripped off, piano gloss black would look good. To bad the factory stuff was so fragile.
Other stickler is on replacing jalousie, all good until removing the black shifter plate mounted to the white plastic base, can't get it to budge, afraid to break the fragile white plastic trying to pry it out, any ideas?
