Prices are negotiable. The prices you see are for cars that have not yet sold. Especially at SAAB dealers... cars can sit on the lot for months. Not good for the car either. If you know what they are worth, and can spot problems with the car for sale, you can get it for less, or walk... TSN prices are higher than local prices because they are sold by enthusiasts to enthusiasts. Fwiw, I would pay a bit more for an enthusiast's car than an unknown dealer car... just not too much in either case!
My SAAB indy claimed (about 1 year ago) that SAABs had become virtually worthless, you could not unload them at all... he often bought dead (eg sludged) ones for next to nothing and would rebuild them to drive. Some he sold, but found it difficult to get back what he put in them. Maybe prices are rebounding. Supply is inevitably going to dwindle... depends on which dwindles faster, the cars or the enthusiasts!
