keyboard seems a little touchy this morning

bRAD, IIRC, you've been on this board for a little while, you should have seen previous posts questioning the Aero (and Linear), with 5A transmission, having rough idle when in Drive and at a stop. I have posted experiencing it in the Linear and Aero I test drove, and the Aero I purchased 1,600 miles ago.

Mine was intermittent, and also exhibited it with the A/C turned off. It seemed to be getting better before I took it in for the 30-day checkup. At that time, I mentioned it to the service front-desk guy, not expecting them to do anything, as he only told me that they'd look at it. When I picked the car back up, he informed me that they had installed new software.

I still think that the idle is too rough at times (for $38,000 car), but it really isn't too bad. It did seem to be getting better before, so did they "fix" it, I can't say. I've included my previos post for reference, surprisingly (or maybe not for this board), nobody else has commented on this service download, which I assume generated a technical service bullentin.

The ACC vents, I can sympathize. The wife was riding with me on a hot day, she turns her temp control all of the way down, and then closed her dash vents, because she doesn't want the air blowing on her face. I informed her that was stupid, and we're now divorced. Just kidding, didn't tell her that. Did tell her that wouldn't allow the system to work properly. If she wants maximum cooling, she has to put up with high airflow. The weather has been unseasonably cool here lately, haven't had opportunity to see what happens next hot day she rides with me.
