If you really mean a model year 1995 NG900 2.0L with a B205 engine going into a 1999 9-5 2.0L with a B205 engine, then it should be possible, at least at the long-block level (block and head). In the USA market, we never had a 2.0 version of the 9-5 so most of the board has limited experience with this configuration. I don't know if the 1995 NG900 B205 engine you are looking at is turbocharged or not, but I believe that all of the 9-5 B205 engines were turbocharged. Swapping in a normally aspirated engine into a 9-5 is probably a non-starter, so to speak.
