eEuro has the bolts for around $25/set. I have ten of them plus a gasket set for my '00 Viggen. The '99 thru '01 B235 engines had a double whammy of out of spec head bolts combined with a multi-spindle head torque machine that was not calibrated properly for a period of time.
This should have been cleared up before your '04 was built but strange things can happen. Such as not all bad bolts were found, or an early partially assembled engine was finished in '04 and mounted in your car.
