I use silicone grease to get the bushings lubed and the rear bushing to slide in without crushing the rubber.
The center bushing can be tricky all depending on how big of an arsenal of tools you have.
The fiber shell can collapse making it difficult to press in in.
I have converted an old Volvo 240 trailing arm bushing tool that I had no use for anymore to install these bushings using the existing nut in frame as an anchor for the tool and then press them in from below.
It takes a bit of force to get the bushings in, especially the rear so you have to come up with some good solutions what to use of what you have.
