If the battery is dying overnight or over time, there is something draining an abnormal amount of power.
Remove the positive battery cable. Using an ammeter, switched to read AMPs, attach its + lead to the removed cable and the negative lead to the battery's positive terminal. If you see a significant current draw, you have a problem. Keep the leads attached, then pull each fuse in turn, watching for a drop in the current. If you see the current drop, then investigate the circuit associated with that fuse.
If there is no current drop when removing fuses, the only other usual culprit is an internally shorting alternator. Remove the wires from the back of the alternator, and observe the current reading. If it drops, replace the alternator... it has an internal short.
