Yes, they should be replaced with the struts.
The 9-5 have really good front struts and mounts and I see few failures but if you take it apart for replacing the struts, you should absolutely go for the mounts as well. And no cheap ones because if you do, you might have been better off keeping the old ones.
Boge or Lemforder if you can find them.
Strut bearings can be reused unless they come apart when you handle them.
