I have had work done on my 2 SAABS at 2 different places. Both major body work and minor paint jobs. Both recommended to me by my SAAB dealership.
1.) Wagonworks - Arlington, VA - specializes in high-end European makes. Very high quality and high prices. Sometimes might have a long wait time before they can do the work on your car because they are so busy.
2. Falls Church Autobody - Falls Church, VA just down the street from International Motors. Good quality work, nice friendly people and more reasonable prices/wait time.
If the key scratch is not that bad consider Falls Church. If it is bad and you want the car restored to like new condition Wagonworks might be the better choiose.
May want to contact your local SAAB bealer and see if they have any recommendations as well.
Good Luck
