Loosen and removing all the plumbing to turbo and then take it out with manifold,
The worst part in my book was to clock the two sections to center since there are no guide pins and if you get the center section off in angle, you will have a hard time fitting the plumbing back.
I ended up using an old banjo bolt into one coolant hole and then scribe a line across the bolt and onto the exhaust and intake section and then move that bolt onto the new center section and line up the two housings.
Volvo made it a lot smarter in using a tiny dowel pin in each housing so you can't get it wrong.
