Hello,
First thing I would try is work the rear defroster and see if it makes it loose signal or has no effect. If it makes it loose signal you may need a new rear glass. But it could be something with the connections at the antenna amplifier back by the rear window.
If the rear defroster has no effect I would pull the radio out make sure the antenna lead is not loose in the back of the cage and push out on the cage all around because it can also effect the reception.
