All depending on how well you have looked and ruled out everything else, it could be a cracked turbo housing.
I have only seen it once but that was a 4 cyl 2002 9-5. It took me a long time to find and fix since first you had to rule out all the normal possible places for such a small invisible leak.
As time went by and the symptom grew larger, it was noticed more so also on the smoke puff from tail pipe not to be confused by the normal smoke puff from leaking turbo oil seals.
Finally after removing the exhaust down pipe when hot and keep the cooling system pressurized during the cool down period did I find small amount of coolant pooling up inside the turbo exhaust housing.
Still that was not evidence enough for turbo since it could also possibly be a leaking head gasket so I had to remove the exhaust manifold to see that the coolant did not come out of one of the 4 exhaust ports.
A new turbo finally cured that small mystery coolant loss.
