Not sure if it is typical but I have about the same measurements. I replaced all lower bearings, shocks and all of the bushes and bumpers in the shock tree and the trailing arm bushings. (It was *really* bad before I did this) I still now have about the same measurements as you do, so it is likely as Bill said that you need to do subframe and other two upper bushes.Even with all the shock replacement, you can notice the pigeon toe when looking at it from the rear.
