If you're writing about the snorkel located near the front, grill of the SAAB then follow the pipe to front passenger wheel and take off the engine air filter housing with the three screws holding it.
If it's near the windshield then you need a wiper arm puller and a careful hand pulling the cowling off because of the brittle plastic clips. Pull toward windshield then toward front of car carefully.
Air filter is located behind the glove box so maybe you need to change it out.
How to is already in the archives just search.
