If it's in good shape otherwise, has maintenance records, and a good price this could be a good deal. It is at an age when the fuel pump begins to be a thought, but pre-2006 fuel pump replacement is a straight forward job. Checking the battery cable is good advice. Boris' comment is right on, I have a spare voltage regulator for our '99 SE, ordered long ago, before I realized how difficult 'preventive replacement' of the brush/regulator would be.
Good luck on your decision!
