'08 with hesitation and reduced turbo when hot-no codes

I have an '08 Auto that will run very strong and make full boost when it is freshly started up. I wait for engine to get up to operating temp and it will hold boost pressure into the red.
Now, after the car has been driven for 30 minutes or so it will suddenly degrade. It then will have a strong hesitation and is obviously reducing throttle. The car will not be able to accelerate. Holding the car in 5th gear @ 2k rpms and it will really struggle with hesitation and turbo reduced to base boost.
I have replaced DI and plugs. Found a vacuum leak in the hose that runs through a check valve above the fuel injectors but no change. Is this a symptom of throttle body or crank sensor? It feels like a bad DI with the computer then reducing the throttle to protect the engine. Is this how it works? Any suggestions?
