A couple of posts lately about this issue. People are stumped. Every 2004 Aero is different, including mine. Spark plugs (new) worked for me.
How many miles? Standard Transmission?
Did you drop the oil pan?
Have you replaced the fuel pump and filter? New CPS?
Vacuum lines replaced to silicone?
As the car ages you will notice less BHP more Elec. Gremlins. It's normal for all cars even SAABs.
