The voltage required to jump the spark plug gap, breakdown voltage, increases with manifold pressure, think boost. If there is a problem with the plugs, the spark may not happen under higher boost pressures. Please remove the plugs, read the deposits and regap or replace. The plugs need to be correct type. And if very white, you need the colder heat range and if dark, the hotter heat range. Do this first and if better, end of story.
Fuel injector cleaner is good routine preventative maintenance.
If the fuel pump is worn, pressure can drop with higher flow rates. This would show up under maximum power which would be full throttle at high RPMs. Your fuel filter should be OK at 95K, but could be replace soon as preventative maintenance.
You can check the ATF fluid level yourself, see the owner's manual.
