The V6 is OK, but it's only availible in automatic, not that the automatic is a bad thing. You stick drivers might like the automatic set in "SPORT" well enough in either the 2.3t or the V6 to give up shifting.

Somewhere along the line the 2.3t went from 170 to 185hp, might have been 2001.

The '99 SE I drove had the Harmon Kardon and the mememory seats and I think that's the SE difference. Auto dimming rear view mirror and heated rear seats might have been SE items later on, not sure on this. Later SE's were all V6's as the ARCs are now.

A lease on a 2002 will be less for 36 months than a used one on a purchase for 60 months. See http://www.saabusa.com Finance & Leasing has a pull down menu with Limited time offers......
