Hello,
The green cap is for testing the evap system. Stay away from it.
The black cap you found infront of the radiator is the high side for the ac.
The low side for the ac is going to be located on the passenger side of the car near the strut tower. Look for a black cap on one of the aluminum lines that run in that area. On earlier 9-5's it was located behind the passenger side headlight but they moved it to an easier spot in 02 or 03. Good Luck, Bernie at George Riggin Specialty Automotive
