Blew belt in the freeway and am trying to replace it today. (2000 lpt 2.3 with 244,000)
CANNOT get the 8mm hex loose on the old tensioner.
Tried by hand and no go, then I cut an inch off a hex key but it just will not loosen.
Any ideas? Anyone struck this?
Thanks in advance for any tips.
Jeff
ps Maybe I'll win the Powerball tonight and get a newer 9-5...... Ha! (Yes, I would.)
