Hey just to provide some options. The plug and play Bosch relay is nothing special. No reason to pay $15 or whatever for it. I got the equivalent on eBay for $2.50 delivered.http://www.ebay.com/itm/171314127321?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT. Same thing… It’s nothing more than a SPST Automotive relay with “double make” (Two 87’s) contacts when the relay picks. Keep in mind that the plug and play only works if you keep your running lights(including the 15A running lamp fuse 35). What I ended up doing to make it look clean and nice and still work without the running lights or bastardizing the wiring….I got the $2.50 relay, popped the plastic top off of it and soldered the contact inside the relay so that the 30 and two 87 legs were “always connected”. So the relay doesn’t need to pick to provide the juice……and the relay coil is still present and connected. The net result, for $2.50 I got the mod and it works better than the simple plug and play.without annoying and taxing running lights..And no funky wiring mods. If you want to go back just replace the original relay. - See more at: http://www.eeuroparts.com/blog/articles/418/saab-9-5-headlight-666-relay-mod-now-plug-play/#sthash.feEWHY6R.dpuf
