2000 9-5 Aero
I am stuck on a rusted nut in the Drivers side, rear section. The fuel tank strap, on one side only, has bit the dust. Rust. Rust. Rust. Again.
Only the rusty nut on the welded bolt is left.
Penetrating oil has done nothing. Freeze and Lube spray, nothing.
Torch? Nope, right near the gas tank and plastic.
Dremel tool (as with most on a job like this) has no room.
Vise grips, no room.
One size lower socket, nope. Screw out socket, nope.
Out of ideas...No tank strap connected now, was dragging before.
Hints appreciated.
