Don't do the water pump, sensor and thermostat before they fail. They should go to 100K miles or more before they need to be replaced.
Do the serpentine belt and pulleys. I would also do the tensioner, but definitely do it at 120K.
It probably needs new windshield wipers, and clean the throttle body. Definitely inspect all of the thin vacuum hoses. They get brittle after 10 years.
