PME's advice is consistent with everything I've read / done.
There are bushings for the rear subframe, but I have not replaced them on the four 9-5's we've had. Bushings for the rear subframe are much different in shape, different in compliance, and not subject to same stresses. Perhaps those who see a lot more vehicles can comment on how often they come across cars that need rear subframe bushings.
