SAAB Auto Trans Fluid Fill Plug - Genuine SAAB 5448451 Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Sat, 17 Jun 2017 11:30:56 In Reply to: What P/N did you use?, SWEDECAR [Profile/Gallery] , Sat, 17 Jun 2017 10:43:30 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
The plastic bag it arrived in (yeah, I kept that too) was only labeled as 451. Euro often writes the entire P/N on the bag.
I found it in the latest EPC by searching for the P/N, it is shown on the page following the page which illustrates the dipstick and tube assembly. The diagram is so poor no one would ever know this is the fill plug. There is actually a different plug number that looks more likely to be the one needed based on location only.
I bet I received a Volvo 6-speed auto fill plug in error. May have fallen on the floor of the warehouse and it got pitched back into the wrong bin.
eEuro has gotten back with me and said that 18 months is too far in excess of their 90 day return policy. I can understand that but I am reluctant to order another one too.
