My apologies, Steve, I should have read your original post more closely, as you were talking about tie rod ends and ball joints -- not sway bar links.
The Moog K500099 ball joint comes with pre-tapped holes for grease fittings (not included), a grease reservoir and dust boot. In a January 2013 thread, I see you posted an inquiry about the Moog
ES3644 tie rod end; the manufacturer advertises it as "greaseable" though I don't see any provisions for that.
If you go ahead and replace the boots on the tie rod ends or ball joints, let us know how it works out for you.
