I'm surprised you did not get a response, so here's one from the bottom of the barrel: Try searching on the problem and symptoms generically. For example, this seems to be a common symptom after cleaning older throttle bodies. (Btw, I have a new high-end British car that normally revs high on cold start. This is counter to how I understand that the engine needs to start gently at low rpm for so many seconds until oil circulation and pressure is up.) There are comments (on the internet!) that the EMS 'puter needs to re-learn idle rpm. Also, over the years of maintaining 5 (!) family 9-5 wagons I've seen random blue smoke start ups that did NOT indicate turbo wear for at least a couple of years. Go figure. Maybe crank case vent system symptom.
Good luck, cheers,
-Mike-
