Measure from the center of the wheel well opening through the center of the wheel to the end of the aluminum wheel to where the tire starts.

Saab guy on eBay sells 25mm 32mm, and 38mm spacers for OEM/SACHS or Bilstein or Koni with full instructions $39/pair with free shipping
determine how much lift you need and buy the right spacers. + - couple of mm is fine.
Installation is the same as new springs
