Yes I checked it is the top one that is for the starter. To check that the electrical portion of the ignition switch you will want to check for power at the fuse I think it is number 30 in the fuse panel at the end of the instrument panel. Power flow for this circuit is from the ignition switch to the fuse, then to the pedal switch and then to the starter relay. Good Luck, Bernie
