Hello,
If the only the head broke off so that some of the bolt is above the sealing surface the easiest would be to remove it and remove the bolt with a twist socket.
If the bolt broke off flush with the sealing surface it will probably need drilled and some sort of "easy out" used. Some kits come with centering sleeves work well.
I might try to use a pick or something to see if you can turn it easy. Often when a bolt breaks from overtorquing they come out easy. I find that over half the time this is all I need to do. Good Luck, Bernie
