I don't use my fluid extractor for motor oil on my cars but no reason you couldn't. The turbo has nothing to do with it. If you do you should warm up the oil first (it will flow better). Also bear in mind that the"low end" extractors don't generate enough suction and the rate will be very very slow.
I do use it when I change the motor oil on my sailboat's diesel engine. It's absolutely common practice in the boating world to to use a fluid extractor to change the engine and transmission oil.
