For months I have needed to do the ACC reset to get heat output (2002 Linear, 161k). Now that doesn't work either. I took the footwell cover off to feel if heat is at those two pipes at heater core and they don't get warm/hot. What likely is causing this malfunction? I do still have the heater control valve in place.
