Codes related to preheating of O2 sensor, P1135 and alike, are usually pretty accurate in that the heating element inside O2 sensor has gone bad and it needs a new sensor. The P0125 could be related to that since the code indicates long running time before system enters closed loop emission status.
P0116 is much more common when thermostat is bad but if you say that engine takes long time to heat up, the thermostat might have an issue as well.
Usually here in balmy LA, I see the temp gauge reach the middle in about 3 miles of driving with a new thermostat and if the gauge lingers 1/4 of the way up in 4-5 miles, the thermostat is partially stuck open.
P0442 is a small leak in EVAP fuel tank system and it could be many sources for that including a bad gas cap.
