Hello,
I would second checking the reluctor rings on the front axles. Rust build up will crack them and make them act like that. You can get replacement rings from the UK. I think it's reluctorrings.com. Usually the ABS/TCS failure is no communication. I would recommend not just buying a rebuilt axle and throwing it in. Good Luck, Bernie
