First, look at the light - is the peanut bulb lit, does the high beam light? If they work and only the Xenon is out, I would suspect the connection to or the the bulb itself and replace it, even with a known used one or the other side’s bulb just to test it.
If you notice that none of the lamps in the headlight assembly work, that points to an issue with power to the assembly. If you look down onto the tops of the headlight assemblies, you will see a wiring harness that plugs into the upper back of the headlight housing. Make sure that is tight and a hood connection. Also check fuses.
