Check the ROOF seam between the roof and rear quarter panels. The gap is filled with a sealer (then it's painted) that can shrink over time causing cracks (especially if the car has lived a lot outside in the weather). Look for small cracks in the painted sealed surface as they will allow water to enter the cabin. I have a photo somewhere when mine leaked. I had 1 inch of water in the passenger foot well from the seam. Took a long tome to get the car dry. I used the shop-vac and then cheap drier packs from the Dollar Stores to rid the car of moisture. Really, you're supposed to pull the carpet, etc.
pme is right about the rear drains. The outlets are about 3-6 inches behind the rear wheels and only accessible from UNDER to car. There is a split rubber nipple that you can squeeze to clear blocks. You can't get to the top entrance and you don't want to possibly damage the drain hose or you'll have to pull the headliner to fix it. Use a cell phone camera in selfie mode to look under or get under it yourself. AND, there is not any mention of the drains in the owner's manuals.
