While I'm in there / disassembled everything...

Hi!
On our 9-5 wagon, I've disassembled the throttle body, the intake manifold, the carter ventilation & lots of small stuff. I tried to remove the alternator* for funs and giggles but those are two *very* tight 6 mm allen bolts. And the alternator seems fine anyway. 300,000 km / 186,000 miles.
I'm about to put it all back together, is there anything I should do now, while I have the access?
I was chasing an oil leak but didn't find anything besides the oil pump o-ring and crank seal. Amazing how far the mess stretches that results from a leak at the fly wheel.
thanks!
Ferenc
