When I thought again about what you said, I had some other ideas. The rear vents send the same air that is going to the front right side vents. Maybe you could shut off the left side vents and see what temperature air comes out of the right side in front. Are you sure the air conditioning system is properly charged? If it is charged properly, could the right mixing chamber be malfunctioning? Maybe the ACC codes could actually give you (and us) some clues if you look at all of them.. A Tech 2 would give you a lot more information if you can get access to one. In FL the suction line returning to the AC compressor should be cold and dripping with condensation if the AC is working properly. Make sure there is no debris in the blower and the interior filter is not clogged. On old cars the cowl area can get full of debris especially if you park under trees. Make sure the cowl is draining too as I have seen that drain pipe in the middle completely clogged which can flood the blower. Good luck with your mystery.
